These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ring Camera mobile app (the “App”) provided by 5Trainers. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App does

The App provides general guidance for setting up home security cameras and lets you request setup support. Ring Camera is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ring LLC, Amazon, or any camera manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false information or someone else’s details.
• Interfere with the App, its servers or its ads, including generating fake ad clicks or impressions.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App.

4. Advertising

The App is free and supported by ads from third parties such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Setup guidance is general information; always follow your device manufacturer’s instructions. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5Trainers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, devices or profits, arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue the App at any time. Updated Terms are posted on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.
